Cape Town’s largest picture framing factory is proud to say we still offer a high quality block mounting service.  All Our Block Mounts are Sealed with an  in-house developed cold laminate adhesive. 

Block mounts are a popular alternative to framing and can be used to mount almost any type of printed paper.  The process involves sealing high-quality photographic and art paper prints onto smooth MDF backing boards.

This process adds extra depth and dimension to images and works particularly well with Art and Movie Posters.

We at The Frame & Art Factory believe in offering freedom of choice and offer depths up to 100mm in depth, with a choice of black or white sides on our mounts.

We use only the best quality adhesives and use specially imported machinery called a cold vacuum press to remove any imperfections such as creases and paper folds.
