All our products are handcrafted with love and are made on an order basis.
If there is anything you are unclear about or need further information regarding our products or services before purchasing please don’t hesitate to get in touch and one of our friendly services consultants will gladly get in touch.
Online Framing & Printing Orders.
Our Online Framing and Printing Orders are made to order.
These products are not eligible for return or exchange as they are made to order.
We will only affect a return credit / refund, if the items have been delivered with material defects.
All Material defects must be communicated with us within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied with photos and full description of the defect.
For Online Printing Orders if unsure our print colour gamut and calibration we suggest you order a test print, prior to placing a bulk order.
Please note the cancellation cooling off period is 48 hours for all Printing and Online Framing Orders. After the 48 hours have lapsed the order no cancellations or alterations will be allowed.
Ready Made Products and Products Sold Under the Shop Category.
