How Long Will it take to receive my order after it has been dispatched?
Local Deliveries (Cape Town and Surrounds): 1 -2 Business Days
National Deliveries (Major Metro’s): 3 -5 Business Days
Outlying areas: 5 -7 Working Days
Can I Collect my order from your store / warehouse?
All Orders upon checkout offer an instore pickup option. All Orders can be collected from our store during our Normal Trading Hours. Trading Hours: Mon – Thursday: 09:00 – 16:45 | Friday: 09:00 – 13:00 | Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00. Our Store and Warehouse is closed on all Public Holidays
Please look out for our order ready notification which will be sent via mail prior to coming instore for collection.
Will I be Notified when my order has been dispatched or is ready for collection?
Once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection, a notification will be sent to the email address used upon checkout along with a tracking number.
Can I change my delivery details after I have placed my Order?
Delivery address information can be amended within 72 Hours of placing an Order. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are not permitted.
Does your Couriers Deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays?
Our Couriers action deliveries during business Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 pm and only during business days and does not deliver over weekends and Public Holidays.
Do you Ship Internationally?
The Frame and Art Factory, do ship orders to internationally, this is done via special arrangement.
